This usually means the sending bank is waiting for 3D‑Secure confirmation — check for a push or SMS from your bank. If the status doesn't change within 30 minutes, message support and we'll look into it manually.

If the recipient's card isn't found, the transfer is rejected automatically and no money is debited. If the money has already arrived on the recipient's card, the transfer can't be cancelled.

SOMSEND’s fee is 0% — you pay exactly the amount you send. The rate is locked in when you confirm, and you see it before you pay.

A phone number is enough to sign up. If a transfer needs your identity confirmed, the app will ask and show you how.
